Smeraldo is a rich, full-bodied premium quality green olive oil, pressed from 100% Coratina olives. Year after year, it has taken part in all national and international competitions, won gold medals in the “full fruit” category and, with its 1081 mg/kg polyphenols (2021/2022 harvest), is one of the top international oil producers. Thanks to the exclusive use of Coratina olives, the Smeraldo is characterized by a very high polyphenol content . Above all, the high polyphenol content gives the Coratina oil an intense, fruity and fresh taste. The smell of the olives is clear and unmistakable, on the palate there are notes of raw fruit and a hint of fresh green almonds.
