MACCHIA VERDE olives are a purely handcrafted top product, you get 3 different types of olives:

1. Large olives stuffed with almonds
2. Mixed, stoned and pickled small olives
3. The local gourmet variety “Termiti di Bitetto” pickled with laurel.

All 3 varieties are free from any chemical manipulation and processed according to traditional standards. They are all stuffed with MACCHIA VERDE BIO olive oil. You should also use this spicy oil if the olives in it have been eaten.

The set contains 1 glass of each variety.
