The MACCHIA VERDE olives are a purely artisan top product, this local gourmet variety is carefully pitted and filled with an almond of the “Filippo Cea” variety (you can also buy this separately from us). The olives are free from any chemical manipulation and are processed according to traditional standards, they are preserved with organic Macchia Verde olive oil, this spicy oil should also be used after the olives have been eaten.
