Year after year, it has participated in all national and international competitions and has been awarded platinum several times in the “fully fruity” category. With 1246 mg/kg polyphenols, it is one of the leading international olive oils. Eliodoro is a balanced, golden-yellow oil of the highest quality, obtained from 70 percent Coratina and 30 percent Ogliarola olives. It has been awarded silver medals in the “medium fruity” category at national and international competitions and is at the top of this category with 714 mg/kg of polyphenols.
